I’m a Music lover from age 7 and during my bouts with Depression, music had played a significant role in bringing me out of it.
During my depression days, I used to listen music during the whole day.
I would never came out of depression without using the Magical Powers of Music.
Sometimes, depression made it difficult for me to do anything expect overthinking but then I used to pick up my phone, open my music app and play my favorite song such as Drake- Started from the Bottom.
